The Bylaws Committee reviews the club’s by-laws and standing rules and recommends updates. The committee also reviews the by-laws of the NCFRW and the NFRW to identify changes necessary to keep our by-laws consistent with those of these organizations. The committee makes a report to the Executive Committee and the membership.
