Attached is the Call for the 2015 NCFRW Convention that will be held May 8-9 at the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Raleigh. This call also includes the nominating report for all NCFRW offices — delegates to the convention will elect these officers. You will see that two members of BCRW have been nominated — immediate past president Kathy Lawler has been nominated for the Coastal Region VP (the position I currently hold — I am serving my last term) and our treasurer, Colleen Combs, has been nominated for the assistant treasurer position. WOW! Based on our last membership report, BCRW has five delegates and five alternates. I hope we can fill all of these positions and be there to support Kathy and Colleen. If you would like to be a delegate or alternate, please let me know by April 13th. In accordance with our bylaws, the Executive Board will elect the delegates and alternates. If you have any questions about the convention and the events during May 8-9, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
