Mary Ann McCarthy informs me that that Speaker John Boehner has agreed to support a Continuing Resolution that will fund the entire government except for Obamacare. The vote will occur as soon as Friday. Mary Ann has been informed that Mike McIntyre may support defunding Obamacare in this manner. This development has occurred only because of pressure brought to bear on Washington by the grassroots. Please call Congressman Mike McIntyre ASAP at (202) 225-2731 to urge him to support defunding Obamacare while funding the remainder of the government at sequester levels. Please call Senator Richard Burr ASAP at (202) 224-3154 to urge him to support defunding Obamacare while funding the remainder of the government at sequester levels when this matter comes to the Senate. Thanks, Colleen Combs 202-549-3938
